Stephen McCann has experience as a litigator in state courts throughout Ohio and in the Ohio Federal District Courts involving personal injury, consumer law and criminal cases.  Having tried a variety of cases over the 33 years that he has practiced has given Mr. McCann a wide and varied experience to draw on in representing clients.

Mr. McCann earned his law degree at the Cleveland State University in 1976.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. McCann earned a Bachelor of Science from Miami University.

After graduating from law school Mr. McCann began practicing law in Southeastern Ohio with the law firm of Graham & Graham representing individuals in personal injury, social security disability, workers compensation and consumer law.  In addition to representing individuals in litigation, Mr. McCann has been involve in class litigation of consumers rights.

Mr. McCann is a member of the American Justice Association and the Ohio Justice Association where he was a board member for May of 2008 through May of 2009.  In addition he is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates.

Mr. McCann has served as the village solicitor of Frazeysburg, Ohio from 1977 to 1981, assistant City Law Director for the City of Zanesville from 1981 to 1982 and special counsel to the Ohio Attorney General from 1976 through 1980.
