![]() Robert G. McClelland is an associate with Graham & Graham Co., L.P.A. and has a primary focus practicing in criminal law, oil & gas law, and domestic relation matters. Mr. McClelland was born and raised in Zanesville, Ohio. Upon graduating with honors from Maysville High School he attended Ohio University. At Ohio University, Mr. McClelland double majored in Marketing and Business Pre-Law and minored in Interpersonal Communications. After receiving his Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 2003, he attended the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia. Mr. McClelland received his Juris Doctor degree in 2007 and was awarded the “Lawyer as a Problem Solver” certificate upon graduation. Prior to accepting his current position at Graham & Graham, Mr. McClelland was an intern at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office – Transportation Section in 2005 and the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office in 2006. Mr. McClelland is admitted to practice on various state and federal levels, including Ohio, West Virginia, the Southern District of Ohio, the Northern District of Ohio, and the Southern District of West Virginia. He belongs to the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Ohio Association for Justice, Ohio State Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar Association, and the Muskingum County Bar Association. |
