Joshua Graham earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and was thereafter admitted into the practice of law in 2009. While at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, he earned additional Certificates of Merit and a Certificate in the General Practice of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Graham earned a Bachelor of Specialized Studies degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Ohio University.
Mr. Graham focuses his practice on oil & gas law, and social security disability, assisting those who are unable to work due to their medical conditions obtain financial and medical benefits they deserve.
Mr. Graham was born and raised in Zanesville, Ohio, and is proud to have returned to his hometown to practice law.
Mr. Graham is licensed to practice in all Ohio and West Virginia State Courts as well as United States District Courts - Southern District of Ohio, Northern District of Ohio, and Southern District of West Virginia.
Mr. Graham is proud to be a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR), and a member of the Columbus Bar Association Social Security Committee. Mr. Graham is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar Association, the Muskingum County Bar Association, the Guernsey County Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice, and the Columbus Bar Association.
